Jim Knowles is hoping that he will have Mike Hall Jr. available for the Wisconsin game. Hall missed the Toledo game due to injury as a precaution.

Hall has been a solid part of the Buckeyes’ defensive line this season. In the two games he’s played in, he has 7 total, 6 solo, and 1 assisted tackle with 2 sacks.

When Knowles was asked about his status for Week 4, he stated that it’s looking like Hall will play. However, he followed it up by saying that decision to above his pay grade in a hilarious manner per Griffin Strom of Eleven Warriors.

“That’s what they tell me,” said Knowles. “That’s above my paygrade.”

Hall is already on his way to being a very good defensive lineman for Ohio State, and is only in his 2nd year with the program. He appeared in 4 games for the Buckeyes last season, and ended up using a redshirt year.

We’ll see if Ohio State gives out anymore updates about his status before game time. Hall is a very big part of the defensive machine in Columbus.
