The NFL Scouting Combine has arrived, and that means players are hoping to improve their draft stock over the coming days. There will be plenty of stars hoping to get a bump heading into the NFL Draft.

Players are already going through the measurement phase of the combine process, and there have been some concerns already raised about expected No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow. The LSU quarterback’s hands measured just 9 inches, which prompted some criticism without even seeing him throw a pass in Indianapolis.

After catching wind of some of the doubters, Burrow fired off the perfect tweet. It didn’t take long for his hilarious message to go viral.

“Considering retirement after I was informed the football will be slipping out of my hands,” Burrow wrote on Twitter. “Please keep me in your thoughts.”

Burrow had no trouble gripping the football this past season, winning the Heisman Trophy after throwing for 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns, leading LSU to an undefeated season and a national championship. Clearly, anyone with concerns about his hand size hasn’t seen him play.

It’s just a little more fuel to Burrow’s fire as he chases the chance to be the No. 1 overall draft pick come late April.
