It’s college bowl week and the predictions are starting to roll in.

For the entire season Fox college football analyst Joel Klatt, has been sharing his weekly opinions on who he believes are the top teams in the nation. Now that the College Football Playoffs are upon us, Klatt has given his opinion on what the outcome will be.

Oddsmakers have made Alabama a 20.5 point favorite over Notre Dame, and Clemson a 7.5 point favorite over Ohio State.

But Klatt disagrees.

”I like Alabama by like, 10,” said Klatt. “I don’t think this is going to be all that great of a game, but Alabama wins that one and moves on to the national championship game.”

But the matchup with Ohio State and Clemson, Klatt thinks will be a better game.

“The game that’s going to be much more competitive, and I think maybe even more interesting is this Clemson, Ohio State rematch,” said Klatt. “I think Clemson is probably the better team this year – Ohio State has some weaknesses in that defensive secondary but the run game and the ability to protect that defense is going to be a huge deal.”

“I’m going to go with Clemson by three, I think it’s a great game,” said Klatt.

Ohio State and Clemson kick off at 8:00pm on Friday, Jan. 1 at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
