Meyer addressed the quarterback’s hospital trip on his radio show on Friday. Jones was taken to the hospital because of severe head pain, but was already feeling better last night, according to Eleven Warriors.
Confirmed by a couple of sources: Cardale Jones was taken to a hospital for bad migraine. Is resting and should be good.

Jones broke the internet when it was first reported by his cousin on a Facebook post that he was rushed to the hospital. The junior quarterback is battling in camp for the starting quarterback job with J.T. Barrett.
Meyer is still not expected to name a starter until the Buckeyes take their first series against Virginia Tech on Monday. He has, however, remained opened to the idea of playing both.
Based on Meyer’s comments, it shouldn’t be long before Jones is back to full participation in practice.
