Justin Fields is dominating for Ohio State with huge run, beautifully thrown TD
Justin Fields was impressively dominant in the first quarter of action against Michigan State.
Despite not having three of their offensive line starters and a key backup, the Buckeyes have rolled to a 14-0 lead as the first quarter comes to a close. It was once again Fields who dominated on the drive the entire way.
He started off early on rushing around the left side and pickup up a huge gain with his legs. Fields punctuated his long run with a brilliant and powerful stiff arm to a poor Spartan defender.
Fields finished the quarter with 71 yards on the ground:

Fields would eventually cap off that drive with a touchdown to Garrett Wilson. It was a nice route with Wilson able to find a soft spot in the zone and Fields’ beautiful touch pass finding the mark:

That throw made it 14-0 Buckeyes as the first quarter came to a close. Even without some key members, Ohio State is looking strong early on.
