Justin Fields takes helmet-to-helmet hit in preseason action vs Bills

Justin Fields just sustained a nasty hit in preseason action, but, thankfully, he appears to be alright.
In Game 2 of the Chicago Bears’ preseason, Fields did not see action in the first half. Quarterback Andy Dalton started and saw every rep before halftime.
Fields took over to start the 3rd quarter and has once again played well. He has dropped in a couple of beautiful deep throws with his receivers failing to secure a couple of them.
Early in the 4th quarter, Fields was driving with the Bears when Buffalo had a free rusher coming off the edge. Fields did not pick him up and was leveled, taking a helmet-to-helmet hit that was flagged for a personal foul:

Fields was able to stay in the game with the penalty keeping Chicago’s drive alive. The next play was a handoff that went for a touchdown.
