Kamryn Babb had quite the journey during his time at Ohio State. A former 4-star prospect in the 2018 recruiting class, Babb endured a number of significant knee injuries that derailed his career with the Buckeyes.
Heading into the 2022 season, Babb was named the recipient of the “Block 0” jersey for the Buckeyes. On Tuesday, Babb announced in a video on social media that his time at Ohio State has come to a close.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped me throughout my journey! Glory to Jesus my God for carrying me through every moment in my life. Whatever you may battle in life, keep fighting and know that there is a God in heaven who loves you so deeply. God Bless! pic.twitter.com/jGTcfmWMa0

“My path at Ohio State is not the one I would have chosen. It was chosen for me to share with the world,” said Babb. “To God be the glory. I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for giving me brothers, trainers and coaches who carried me through when I wanted to give up.
“Ohio has become my home the past five years, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m excited to start the next chapter that God has for me by sharing my story with the world… Nothing is impossible with Jesus. Much love, Kam Babb.”
Though Babb’s career was interrupted, he made it back onto the field for Ohio State and scored an emotional touchdown during his only career catch. Best of luck to Babb in whatever endeavors lie ahead.
