Kenny Guiton, a former Ohio State QB who was the wide receivers coach at Arkansas, just got a promotion.

The former Buckeye will be the Razorbacks’ interim OC after Arkansas’ standing OC Dan Enos was fired Sunday afternoon. Enos and the Razorbacks have been dreadful on offense this season and scored just 3 points in a 7-3 loss to Mississippi State Saturday.

Guiton will call plays for the Razorbacks for the remainder of the season.

Guiton led the Buckeyes offense to a comeback victory over Purdue in 2012 following an injury to Braxton Miller. That 2012 squad went on to finish the regular season 12-0 thanks to Guiton’s heroics late. He also started a few games during the 2013 season, winning all of them.

He finished his Ohio State career with 893 passing yards, 16 touchdowns and 4 interceptions.

Guiton has previously served as a WRs coach for Houston, Louisiana Tech and Colorado State.
