Nearly 8 months after the injury, Ransom is ready to get back in the swing of things in Ohio State’s defense. Ransom will be playing in a new defense under new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. This will be Knowles’ first season as Ohio State’s defensive coordinator. He spent the previous 4 seasons at Oklahoma State before he was hired in January.

“Since I’ve been here, this is definitely my favorite defense I’ve been in,” Ransom said.
