With eight minutes left in Saturday night’s game between Ohio State and Penn State, Happy Valley was living up to its name. A 12-point Nittany Lions lead midway through the fourth quarter had everyone attending the “White Out” celebrating a huge win.

Those celebrations were a bit too premature though. And by the end of the night, the Buckeyes turned over 110,000 smiles into frowns.

After the game, Ohio State running back Mike Weber Jr. posted a picture to his Instagram account of himself from Saturday night’s game. But he didn’t leave it with the post with just the image. He had to take a subtle shot at Penn State.

“Sad Valley,” Weber titled his post.

Obviously, that post got plenty of attention from Ohio State fans. It resulted in over 22,000 likes on his Instagram account.

Though Weber took a shot at Penn State and Happy Valley on his Instagram account, he did pay the crowd at Beaver Stadium a huge compliment on Twitter. On Sunday, Weber published a tweet saying, “Happy Valley is an unbelievable experience man!”

Those “White Out” games certainly are an incredible experience. And you love it even more if you leave there with a win.

Weber finished the game with 51 yards on nine carries and caught one pass for five yards in the win.
