This is one week when the letter “M” does not exist on Ohio State’s campus. Anywhere.

On Monday evening, the official Twitter account of Ohio State football tweeted out images from around campus in Columbus, showing the extra lengths Buckeye faithful have gone to in order to cleanse their campus from that awful letter.

Speed limit and parking garage signs, M&M’s packages and the Les Wexner Football Complex were all affected, as “Ms” were covered up by a red “X.”

Just to be clear the tweet sent from Ohio State football also read “CaXpus Sights: No ‘X’ is safe.”

That’s just one example of how passionate the Buckeyes are about this rivalry. By the time kickoff commences in Ann Arbor on Saturday, every “M” on campus will be covered up.

Saturday’s game between Ohio State and Michigan is scheduled to kick at noon ET and will be televised on FOX. The Buckeyes enter the match-up at 9-2 while the Wolverines sit at 8-3.
