LSU QB Joe Burrow on Alabama: 'No one on this team is scared of this game'
No. 4 LSU will be hosting undefeated No. 1 Alabama this weekend in what could be considered the game of the year.
Former Ohio State quarterback Joe Burrow — who transferred to LSU this past summer after losing the race for the starting job to Dwayne Haskins — has led the Tigers to a 7-1 record and given them an opportunity to serve as a legitimate opponent to the Crimson Tide, who have dominated the series as of late with a seven-game winning streak.
But as you can see in the video below, Burrow says he’s not afraid of facing the Tide’s disruptive defense:
"I'm not scared of this game. No one on this team is scared of this game."

“I’m not scared of this game,” he said. “I don’t think any of our guys are scared of this game. This is the reason you play football. This is why you grow up working so hard — for moments like this. If you’re timid, then don’t come out of that locker room, because we’re going to be ready to go.”
Alabama-LSU will kickoff this Saturday at 8 p.m. EST and can be watched on CBS. The Tide lead the all-time series 52–25–5.
