Marshon Lattimore, former Ohio State star, facing potential NFL suspension
Marshon Lattimore is making waves in the NFL this week, and not exactly the good kind.
The former OSU Buckeye turned New Orleans Saint was ejected from the game on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for fighting with the Buc’s Mike Evans. The league is reviewing the case for a possible suspension per NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

#Bucs WR Mike Evans received a one-game suspension in 2017 when he drilled Marshon Lattimore on his team's sideline. That history matters. https://t.co/TMiDKTjvrt

On Sunday, Lattimore found himself in a verbal scuffle with Bucs QB Tom Brady and RB Leonard Fournette. With no provocation, Evans came rushing in from the sidelines with a blindside hit to Lattimore. It was the second fight of the game between Evans and Lattimore and led to an ejection for both.
The brawl is the latest installment of a long-standing feud between Lattimore and Evans. This is the fourth time the two have fought each other and/or been ejected from a game. The pair previously sparked brawls in 2017, 2020, and 2021.
Perhaps instead of a suspension, the NFL should think about a restraining order between these two.
