Marvin Harrison Jr. headlines elite list of WRs in terms of PFF grades
Marvin Harrison Jr. has taken over as Ohio State’s No. 1 receiver. He also might be the nation’s top pass catcher entering Week 12.
Harrison was listed as Pro Football Focus’ highest-graded receiver following his 10-game stretch of dominance. The sophomore was the only receiver that graded out with a 90 or higher at 90.6.
After Jaxon Smith-Njigba suffered a hamstring injury in Week 1’s win over Notre Dame, Harrison has stepped up as the go-to weapon for C.J. Stroud. In 10 games, he’s recorded 60 catches for 969 yards and 11 touchdowns while averaging 16.1 yards per catch.

Harrison has been at his best since the start of B1G play. He’s totaled 5 100+ receiving-yard games, including a 7-catch, 135-yard performance last week in a 56-14 win over Indiana. Among B1G receivers, Harrison leads the conference in receiving touchdowns, is 2nd in yards, and 3rd in receptions.
The Buckeyes will travel to College Park to take on Maryland before playing host to No. 3 Michigan. The winner of “The Game” will represent the B1G East in the conference championship game on Dec. 3 in Lucas Oil Stadium.
