Marvin Harrison Jr. went to the podium after Wednesday’s practice. At the presser he talked about how former teammates Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave are doing in the NFL.
Wilson plays for the New York Jets, while Olave is on the New Orleans Saints. Both have made great strides as rookies in the NFL this season. Harrison was quoted saying that he is “super proud” of the work they’ve done.
“I love the situation that they’re in,” said Harrison.

Wilson and Olave are two of the more recent former Ohio State wideouts to have success in the NFL. With the way that Harrison is playing, he could be the next to do so.
Harrison has 834 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns in the nine games he’s played for Ohio State this season. He’s already starting to draw comparisons to his dad.
Although the Buckeyes didn’t have a lot of success throwing the ball against Northwestern, Harrison still caught 5 passes for 51 yards receiving. His efforts led all Buckeye wideouts in the game.
Now that the team is back in Columbus for Week 11 there should be a lot more opportunities. Ohio State and Indiana kick off at noon ET on FOX from Columbus.
