Michigan baseball comes out of the weekend with a series win over Ohio State. However, the Buckeyes rallied late on Sunday to avoid a sweep and notch a win over the Wolverines.

Entering the 9th inning down by 2 runs, Ohio State registered a pair of solo home runs from Mitchell Okuley and Trey Lipsey to tie it up. Okuley led off the winning with a blast to make it 5-4 while Lipsey was down to the final strike in the game before he tied it up with a shot to right field.

Ohio State would keep the inning alive with players on first and second base with Colton Bauer coming up to the plate. Bauer laced a clean single to left with the runner scoring easily as the throw was cut off.

In the bottom of the 9th, Michigan threatened to tie or take the lead with runners on second and third. Then, with 2 outs, Okuley sealed the win with a clutch diving grab to finish the game.
