More and more NIL deals are starting to be signed throughout college football and that continued today with a few players from Ohio State.

5 players from the school’s program (Haskell Garrett, Zach Harrison, Chris Olave, C.J. Stroud, and Miyan Williams) got new cars from Coughlin Chevrolet of Pataskala. It was part of a partnership with the dealership via Dan Hope of Eleven Warriors.

There is a bit of a trick when it comes to the new cars though. They’re only leased to the players through the end of the 2021 season, though if some return for the 2022 season, they can extend their deal with the dealership to potentially get another lease.

Hope also reports in his story that the players will also participate in toy drives and fundraisers in addition to promoting the dealership.

It’s also been a big week for Harrison, Garrett, and Olave as this past Friday, they were named captains for the team this season, along with 3 other players.
