Inniss had recently narrowed down his list of considerations to five schools. In addition to Oklahoma, he had also included Alabama, Florida, Miami and Ohio State.
Three dozen programs expressed interest in Inniss.
Last year at Miami Gardens, Inniss totaled nearly 1,000 yard receiving and scored 10 touchdowns. He played on both sides of the football and was named a sophomore All-American by MaxPreps.
With Inniss passing on Ohio State, the Buckeyes still have just one commitment in the 2023 recruiting class.
