In addition to the four-year deal, Bosa’s fifth-year will be a team option. The agreement comes just one day before camp starts, as San Francisco reports on Friday.
Bosa is considered the top pass rusher of the 2019 draft class and earned a reputation as one of the top college football players while at Ohio State. Now, he’ll have an opportunity to make an instant impact at the NFL level.
During his career at Ohio State, Bosa tallied 77 tackles, including 29 for loss, and 17.5 sacks. He also forced two fumbles.
