Nick Saban says Jaylen Waddle will be 'limited' if he's able to play in National Championship
There’s been a lot of speculation for how much playing time Alabama star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle will get in the National Championship tonight (if he plays) and it looks like we’ve gotten our answer.
According to head coach Nick Saban, Waddle will be limited if he’s able to give it a go:
Nick Saban, to ESPN, on Jaylen Waddle: "It'll be a limited basis, if he can play. That decision's gonna be up to him."

As the tweet also says, it’s going to be up to Waddle if he ends up playing. Getting him back in any capacity would be a big boost as he was having a sensational season before his injury.
Waddle only appeared in four games but he had 25 receptions for 557 yards and four touchdowns. He also had over 100 yards receiving in each of those four games with a long of 90 yards. His best game came against Georgia on Oct. 17 when he had six receptions for 161 yards.
We’ll have to see how many snaps he gets tonight if he does indeed suit up.
