Henderson joins fellow 5-star Jack Sawyer and 4-star receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. in earning this honor.
It’s great to see Henderson reach this milestone so soon, because his talent is obvious. According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Henderson was the No. 22 overall player and the No. 1 running back for the class of 2021.
Henderson will have a chance to earn a significant portion of Ohio State’s carries this season. Listed at 5-foot-10, 210 pounds, Henderson has the frame to be able to compete from day one.
His primary competition is Master Teague, who rushed for 514 yards and eight touchdowns for the Buckeyes last season. Steele Chambers and Demario McCall are also in the mix.
Ohio State fans will be able to see Henderson in action during the Buckeyes’ spring game on April 17.
