Ohio State adds to elite recruiting stretch with commitment from 4-star WR out of North Carolina
Ohio State is not slowing down on the recruiting trail, picking up a 3rd top-50 commitment of the week Wednesday afternoon.
This time, the pledge comes from Noah Rogers, a 4-star wide receiver out of Rolesville, North Carolina. Rogers committed to the Buckeyes from a group of 5 finalists that included North Carolina, NC State, Florida State and Clemson.

Listed at 6-foot-2 and 180 lbs., Rogers joins 5-star receivers Brandon Innis and Carnell Tate to commit to Ohio State this week. Rogers is rated as a 4-star prospect by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings and is the top player out of North Carolina for the cycle. He is also the No. 9 WR nationally and No. 50 overall prospect regardless of position for the class of 2023.
With Rogers now on board, Ohio State now holds pledges from the No. 2, No. 3 and No. 9 rated WRs for the cycle. The 2023 recruiting class for the Buckeyes is also up to 4 commitments from top-50 players.
