Ohio State got more than it could handle from Maryland on Saturday. The Terrapins led at halftime and were within a field goal in the 4th, but the Buckeyes eventually pushed through to ensure they remained undefeated headed into their rivalry game against Michigan.

On Sunday, the program announced its defensive and special teams players of the game from the win. Defensively, Zach Harrison took home honors after a pair of sacks, a forced fumble, and 5 total tackles.

Lathan Ransom received the nod on special teams after a blocked punt just after halftime. It’s the 2nd straight week with a blocked punt for Ransom.

After surviving a scare against the Terrapins, the Buckeyes turn their attention to The Game against Michigan as they look to avenge last year’s loss in the series, claim the B1G East Division, and essentially book a place in the College Football Playoff. Kickoff from Ohio Stadium is set for noon ET on FOX.
