A few members of Woidke’s family sent out tweets congratulating the Buckeye for the honor on Monday afternoon.

Woidke hasn’t appeared in any games on the offensive line, but has appeared in 25 games over the last two seasons on the extra point and field goal teams for the Buckeyes. He was a local product, attending St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland.

According to Eleven Warriors, Ohio State is now at 86 scholarships, one over the allotted limite. It will have until fall camp to get back down to 85.
