Ohio State DE, former 4-star recruit hits transfer portal after 2 years with Buckeyes
The offseason has been underway for a few weeks now, and the transfer portal seems to get busier and busier each week during this time. College football and The B1G has had a plethora of players entering the transfer portal.
Ohio State is the latest team in the B1G to lose a player to the portal. DE Darrion Henry has entered the transfer portal after playing with the Buckeyes the past 2 seasons.

Henry was the No. 172 ranked recruit coming out of high school according to ESPN’s rankings per Adam Rittenberg.
In the last 2 years with the Buckeyes, Henry only played in 1 game and recorded 1 sack.
The Buckeyes had a disappointing finish as they lost to bitter rival Michigan 42-27 in The Game that dashed any hopes of a B1G Championship or College Football Playoff Appearance. Ohio State finished 10-2 and 8-1 in conference play.
Ohio State will represent the B1G in the Rose Bowl Game as they take No. 11 Utah at 5:00 ET on New Year’s Day.
