Ohio State has a massive game in Week 7 against the No. 3 Oregon Ducks. This will be the first meeting between the teams as B1G foes, and it should have postseason implications.

Ahead of the matchup, the Buckeyes dropped a beautiful hype video featuring narration from former star QB Cardale Jones. The trailer is titled “Scarlet Reign.”

The video shows the Buckeyes arriving at Autzen Stadium as red lightning dots the landscape. Jones is heard explaining the importance of this rivalry, saying “Every play could define the season.”

Clips of Ohio State-Oregon games from the past are then shown, specifically when Jones led the Buckeyes to a College Football Playoff National Championship Game win over the Ducks back in 2015.

Jones then challenged the current Buckeye players:

“Do you want to see greatness? Do you want to leave a legacy?” the former QB asked. “It’s time to let it all go.”

Clips are then shown of the Buckeyes’ dominant wins this season, including against Iowa in Week 6. The Buckeyes have yet to allow an opponent to score more than 14 points in a game this season, and the team’s offense is ranked No. 4 in the country in scoring.

Both the Buckeyes and Ducks are sitting at 5-0 overall and 2-0 in B1G play. This will be the first meeting between the new conference foes since 2021 when the Ducks secured a 35-28 win in Columbus.

The teams will kick off from Autzen Stadium on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
