Ohio State will not be tolerating any trolling of Justin Fields from Georgia fans. After seeing a College GameDay sign on Saturday morning that was mocking the QB and the Buckeyes, the school decided to respond.

ESPN’s College GameDay set up shop in Athens for Saturday’s Top 10 showdown between No. 4 Georgia and No. 7 Auburn. A few UGA fans — still upset over the fact that Fields transferred to Ohio State — trolled the quarterback, as the B1G season doesn’t start for a few weeks while the SEC is in full swing.

The sign read “How does it feel watching College GameDay from your couch Justin Fields?” Ohio State responded to that question:

Fields and the Buckeyes will be back on the field in a few short weeks. The B1G reversed the decision to postpone the season and its 2020 campaign will begin on Oct. 24.

That will ease the pain of not playing, but there’s no question that Fields would rather be preparing for a game this weekend. The SEC, along with the ACC and Big 12, never wavered on playing this fall.

Ohio State will open the 2020 season hosting Nebraska in the first week of the B1G season.
