The Ohio State Buckeyes picked up an elite 5-star 2020 offensive lineman on Thursday night, and the good recruiting news kept coming on Friday.

The latest commitment is in the 2019 class, though, and it comes in the former of 4-star Florida S Jordan Battle.

As you can see below, Battle, who plays for St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, announced he’d be heading to Columbus next fall:

According to the 247Sports composite, Battle is the No. 12 safety in the class of 2019 and the No. 24 overall recruit from the state of Florida.

The Buckeyes now have 13 players in their 2019 class, which currently ranks No. 1 in the Big Ten and No. 5 nationally, per 247Sports.
