Ohio State gets potential defensive TD to re-gain lead against Clemson called back after controversial review
Ohio State owned a 16-0 lead against Clemson early on in the Fiesta Bowl. That all changed rather quickly though, and the Tigers scored 21 unanswered points to take the lead back.
The Buckeyes needed some sort of a jolt to get momentum back on their side and it appeared to take place midway through the third quarter. Take a look as Ohio State thought it had forced a fumble and scored on a Clemson pass play:

It seemed to be a catch and a fumble, as it was called on the field. Buckeye Nation — and other college football followers seemed to think so as well. However, the call was overturned. Clemson kept possession and wiped away Ohio State’s defensive touchdown.
