After a couple of weeks finishing below 50 points, the Ohio State offense was back to its normal self with the return of Garrett Wilson. The Buckeyes rattled off  59 points – including 45 in the first half – while taking down Purdue in Week 11.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud was masterful, finishing with 7 incompletions, 361 yards, and 5 touchdowns. Wilson was equally brilliant while posting 11 offensive touches for 177 total yards and 4 touchdowns. He became the first Buckeye ever with 3 or more receiving touchdowns and a rushing touchdown in a game.

That duo of Stroud and Wilson was understandably named Players of the Game by Ohio State:

For their work on defense and special teams, Lathan Ransom and Chris Booker were also named Players of the Game. Ransom had 6 total tackles, 0.5 TFL, and a pass breakup in the win.
