Ohio State basketball added a commitment from 3-star small forward Colin White Sunday afternoon.

White, who stands at 6-6, 180 pounds, chose the Buckeyes over offers from TCU, Butler, Northwestern and Cincinnati, to name a few. He currently attends Ottawa-Glandorf HS in Ottawa, Ohio.

White is Ohio State’s 2nd pledge of the 2024 cycle joining 4-star point guard John Mobley Jr. from Mount Pleasant, Utah.

Here’s what White told On3Sports prior to his commitment on why he chose the Buckeyes.

“I chose Ohio State because it felt like home,” he said, via On3. “I have a great relationship with the coaches and the players that made me want to be there. Their play style and ability to develop guards is also another reason why it is a great place to be.”

White is considered to be the nation’s No. 115 overall prospect, as well as the No. 26 overall small forward and No. 4 player out of the state of Ohio.
