Ohio State lands commitment from elite Edge prospect during UA All-American Game
Ohio State is one month away from signing the full 2022 national recruiting class with the Buckeyes receiving another big-time commitment. On Sunday, a 4-star recruit in defensive end Omari Abor from Duncanville, Texas has made a hard commitment to Ohio State.

ESPN 300 defensive lineman Omari Abor committed to #OhioState. Ranked No. 26 overall, the #Buckeyes now have eight commitments ranked inside the top-100 and 13 in the ESPN 300.

Abor is rated as the 38th top prospect in the 2022 class, according to 247Sports Composite. He is also the 4th-rated edge rusher and 8th-best player from the state of Texas in the 2022 signing class.
Abor has received 27 total offers to play at the collegiate level with other offers from Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Texas, and USC.
