Ohio State lands commitment from in-state OL prospect
Ohio State added a major in-state offensive line prospect to its 2024 recruiting class on Wednesday morning.
Marc Nave Jr., a Toledo native, announced his commitment to the Buckeyes. The decision comes just over a month after he received an offer from Ohio State.

Nave is a big addition for Ohio State’s 2024 recruiting class. He’s currently ranked as the No. 520 overall player and the No. 28 interior offensive lineman in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 18 player from Ohio.
He’s listed at 6-foot-5, 315 pounds. Nave attends Central Catholic High School in Toledo.
In addition to Ohio State, Nave has racked up offers from programs such as Auburn, Louisville, Purdue, Missouri and Kentucky, amongst others.
Ohio State now has 4 commitments in the class of 2024. The class is led by 5-star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith. Overall, the group ranks No. 14 nationally per 247Sports Composite rankings.
