Blake Woodby is a 4-star cornerback and one of the best prospects out of Maryland for the 2025 recruiting class. After generating a ton of interest on the recruiting trail, he’s ready to make some cuts to his list.

Prior to Thursday, Woodby generated a host of offers that included the likes of Georgia, Colorado, Maryland, Clemson, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Michigan, USC and others. He’s now down to a top 5 list and kept Ohio State in the mix.

Oregon — headed for the B1G in 2024 — is also on Woodby’s list alongside Alabama, Tennessee and Clemson.

Woodby is listed at 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds out of St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. The 247 Sports Composite rates Woodby as a 4-star prospect and the 9th overall CB in the class of 2025. He’s also a top-100 recruit, checking in at No. 79 in the country.

There is still plenty of time until we get to finalizing the 2025 recruiting class, but Woodby will be an interesting name to track moving forward.
