Ohio State is now tied with Alabama and just ahead of Clemson. After the top three, it’s a steep drop off to Notre Dame, Georgia, Florida and Wisconsin.
As recently as three weeks ago, Ohio State was third in title odds at 7/2. But the Buckeyes have made a pair of statements since then — a 52-17 drubbing of Nebraska and a healthy 38-25 victory on the road at Penn State.
The Buckeyes seem likely to run the table through the rest of the regular season. They only have two ranked games left on their schedule and both contests — Indiana and Michigan — are at home.
Wisconsin (40/1), Michigan (300/1), Indiana (500/1), Northwestern (500/1), Purdue (500/1) and Penn State (1000/1) are the other Big Ten teams with odds currently.
Ohio State hosts Rutgers in Week 3 of the Big Ten season. Kick off is at 7:30 p.m. ET.
