Ohio State OC Kevin Wilson backs Wyatt Davis, Josh Myers as two of the best offensive lineman in college football
Kevin Wilson believes two of the very best offensive lineman in college football reside in Columbus.
Ohio State returns a lot of experience along the offensive line next season, highlighted by guard Wyatt Davis and center Josh Myers. It’s because of the talent up front — as well as plenty of other returning pieces — that many believes the Buckeyes are the team to beat in college football next season.

And when it comes to evaluating Davis and Myers, the Ohio State offensive coordinator thinks they’re the very best at their craft.
Saturday, Pro Football Focus released a tweet stating that the most valuable guard in college football this season is Davis. After seeing that pop up in his timeline, Wilson had to share his approval, as well as show some love to Myers.
“Yes he is,” Wilson wrote. “FYI his buddy at center [Josh Myers] is the best center in college football and it’s not close!! These two guys are the best I’ve been around – glad they are great Buckeyes. Excited to see these two maulers play ball.”

Davis brings 20 games of experience back to the offensive line for the Buckeyes, including playing in 13 of Ohio State’s 14 contests last year. Myers has played in 23 games for the Buckeyes during his time in Columbus.
Both will be likely candidates to land All-B1G honors this season and potentially even be named All-Americans.
