Ohio State offensive lineman Donovan Jackson is coming back for another year in Columbus!

Jackson’s is a key one for the Buckeyes, and he’s the latest in a string of starters to return to the program for the 2024 season. He has been the starting left guard since 2022 and also appeared in all 13 games of his freshman season in 2021.

Now, the 6-foot-4 and 320-pound Jackson is back to help anchor an offensive line that will need to be solid in 2024. “There is still more to do,” Jackson said in his social media announcement.

Jackson will get the chance to block for a new quarterback and running back this season with Kansas State’s Will Howard and Ole Miss’ Quinshon Judkins heading to the Buckeyes via the transfer portal. Those two pieces provide a lot of optimism for Ryan Day after his team finished 11-2 with losses to Michigan and Missouri to end the year.
