Ohio State offensive lineman Michael Jordan is headed to the NFL.

Friday afternoon, Jordan made the announcement that he would not return to Columbus in 2019 and will instead pursue his dream to play in the NFL. He made his decision public through Twitter.

“The journey that has led to this point, where I announce my decision to declare for the 2019 NFL Draft, has been truly unforgettable,” Jordan wrote.

Jordan started in 41 straight games for the Buckeyes, playing in his final game on Jan. 1 in the Rose Bowl. The 2018 season marked the first season he played center.

Jordan was considered to be one of the top centers in the B1G this fall and at 6-foot-7, 312 pounds, the Buckeye has a bright NFL future.
