Ohio State opens as road favorite over Wisconsin for Week 9
Ohio State opened as a 2-touchdown (-14) road favorite over Wisconsin Sunday afternoon for next week’s cross-divisional showdown.
The Buckeyes earned a tough yet affirming win over Penn State Saturday afternoon in Columbus, winning 20-12 in a game that felt in Ohio State’s control from the jump. The Buckeyes defense was devastating for Drew Allar and Co. and despite some success on the ground early, Penn State was unable to do much damage past the first half.
Wisconsin, however, is coming off a very close win over a so-so Illinois team. It’s not hard to forgive Luke Fickell’s squad for struggling down one of their top RBs and starting QB Tanner Mordecai, though.
