Ohio State has added some serious size to its 2020 recruiting class.

Monday, the Buckeyes received a commitment from three-star offensive tackle Trey Leroux, a native of Norwalk, Ohio. He became the seventh player to commit to Ryan Day and Co. in the 2020 class.

Leroux made the announcement via Twitter.

“I am proud to announce that I have decided to continue my academic and athletic career at The Ohio State University,” Leroux wrote. “Thank you [Ryan Day] and staff for the opportunity.”

Leroux is a 6-foot-8, 320-pound offensive tackle and is ranked as one of the top 100 players at his position and top 50 players from Ohio, according to 247Sports. He becomes the third offensive tackle to commit to Ohio State in the 2020 class, and the fourth offensive lineman.

With Leroux’s commitment, the Buckeyes currently rank fifth nationally in the 2020 recruiting rankings. It’s early, but they also own the best class in the B1G.
