Ohio State releases Players of the Game for Week 10 win over Rutgers
Ohio State did not start Week 10 on fire in the game against Rutgers, but the Buckeyes did wake up to secure a big win on the road. On Sunday the team announced its Offensive and Defensive Players of the Game.
Offensively, the Buckeyes went with running back TreVeyon Henderson for his second straight dynamic performance. Henderson led the Buckeyes in rushing and receiving and recorded 208 total yards of offense with a touchdown.
Since returning to action, Henderson has delivered back-to-back games with 200+ yards of offense. He has quickly displayed his importance to the lineup as a key cog for the offense.

Defensively, the honor went to DB Jordan Hancock. It was Hancock who delivered the game-changing pick-6 off a Josh Proctor deflection to give Ohio State a second-half lead.
Hancock’s pick-6 went down as a 93-yard return while he also added 5 tackles to his effort. Ohio State was also down Denzel Burke and Lathan Ransom in the game, adding an extra layer of importance to Hancock’s performance.
