Will Ohio State improve to 3-0 on the year? Can the Buckeyes’ high-tempo offense remain one of the B1G’s best before they begin conference play?

The No. 3 Buckeyes will close out their nonconference schedule Saturday night against Toledo. Led by Heisman-caliber quarterback C.J. Stroud, plus one of the more potent passing attacks in the country, Ohio State is looking to make a statement before facing Wisconsin.

Ohio State might be on fire when it takes the field at 7:00 p.m. E.T. against the Rockets. Currently, the Buckeyes’ social media team is one fire following yet another stellar hype video.

Stroud, a favorite to be the first QB selected in the 2023 NFL Draft, hasn’t missed a beat despite the injury to preseason All-American wide receiver Jaxson Smith-Njigba. Trusting his chemistry with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka, the junior has thrown for 574 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2 games. Stroud has completed 69% of his throws and currently has a passer rating of 186.5.

The Buckeyes’ offense currently is averaging 446.5 yards per game and 33 points per game. Toldeo, led by head coach Jason Candle, enters Saturday as a 31.5-point underdog, according to FanDuel.
