Ohio State’s offense has been very explosive this year. Tradition’s own Paul Harvey revealed just how dominant the Buckeyes have been.

Ohio State has scored 45 points or more in five straight games since its season opener against Notre Dame. The Buckeyes beat the Fighting Irish 21-10 in Columbus in Week 1. The four-game streak is the longest stretch of 45 points or more in Ryan Day’s tenure.

The last time that Ohio State came close to doing this was last season. The Buckeye offense had 50 points or more in four straight games in 2021.

Very few teams have come close to the level of production that the Ohio State offense has had. The Buckeyes have the second-most total offensive yards this season with 543.7 per game.

This leads the B1G, and the next closest team in the conference is Minnesota with 495.2 per game.

Ohio State beat Michigan State 49-20 to keep the streak going. The Buckeyes finished that game with 614 total offensive yards.

Ohio State has a chance to keep the streak going with Iowa traveling to Columbus in Week 7.
