Stamper is also a native of Jacksonville, so this will also serve as a homecoming for the Buckeye staff member.

Following the report from Fowler, Eleven Warriors was able to confirm the news about Fowler’s status. Meyer has said he doesn’t plan to take many members of Ohio State’s staff with him to Jacksonville.

Stamper has been involved with player development for nine years and has spent the last three seasons in the role of assistant athletic director for player development.

Ohio State finished the 2020 football season with a 7-1 record with the only loss coming to Alabama in the national championship.
