Ohio State just put a bow on its B1G-leading, No. 2-ranked 2021 recruiting class on Wednesday. Now, the Buckeyes are focusing their attention on the 2022 class and find their names in the Top 7 for a highly-touted offensive lineman out of Florida.
Thursday, 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive tackle Julian Armella announced that he had trimmed down his list of 37 offers to a Top 7. Ohio State was included and was the only B1G program in the mix. The other six teams are Alabama, Miami, LSU, Florida, Florida State and Clemson.
Armella received B1G offers from Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Penn State and Rutgers.
