Ohio State to continue participating in annual CBS Sports Classic
Ohio State will continue to be one of four elite basketball programs that will participate in the CBS Sports Classic, according to a report from Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Per the report, Ohio State will be participating in the event for the next three seasons with UCLA, North Carolina and Kentucky occupying the other three spots. The 2019 season marked the sixth year of the event, and the four participants have remained the same throughout that period.

It was unclear whether the event would continue or if the four teams would remain the same. According to Rothstein’s report, there won’t be any change in the teams for at least the next three seasons.
Ohio State owns a 3-3 record in the annual event but has won its last two contests. In 2018, the Buckeyes defeated UCLA 80-66 and last year OSU scored a 71-65 victory over Kentucky.
North Carolina has the best record at 4-2, while Kentucky is also 3-3 in six games. UCLA is 2-4.
