The gray sleeves are back for the first time since Ohio State’s CFP clash with Georgia in 2022, a Peach Bowl game that was also held in Atlanta. This edition of the diamond Nike swoosh has a gold look to match the CFP trophy.
Monday is OSU’s 4th game in this year’s CFP.
The Buckeyes opened at home against Tennessee, opting for an all-scarlet combo. Ryan Day’s squad followed that up with the traditional road jerseys and pants for the Rose Bowl clash with Oregon, adding the “Rose Stripe” to the helmet.
Last time out, Ohio State wore its traditional home uniform combo for the CFP semifinal Cotton Bowl clash with Texas.
Monday’s showdown is set for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, airing on ESPN networks. The Buckeyes are favored by 8.5 points at FanDuel Sportsbook. ESPN’s Football Power Index gives OSU a win probability of 55.4% in the game.
