Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka met up with the media ahead of the Buckeyes’ matchup Saturday against Northwestern.

After Thursday’s practice, Egbuka provided more of his mindset about traveling to Evanston to take on the Wildcats and how he is preparing for this game.

“The focus is never really on the opponent,” Egbuka said. “The focus is always on us. We’re as good as we’re going to be and we’re as good as our last guy. We hold ourselves to a very high standard. It’s all about playing our type of football.”

The Buckeyes hope to add another win to the win column this Saturday. As Egbuka mentioned it’s more about how his team responds on the field that will make all the difference in this game.
