Ohio State WR Johnnie Dixon isn't happy about another night game on the road
Prime time games are revered as the most anticipated matchups in college football. It’s the one game that everyone looks forward to every single weekend.
Well, everyone but Ohio State Johnnie Dixon III.
On Monday, B1G kickoff times were announced for games scheduled on Oct. 20. The Buckeyes will be back in the national spotlight, as they travel to Purdue for a prime time battle in West Lafayette. The start time is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and the broadcast network is ABC.

For most college players, getting that national spotlight is a dream come true. But for Ohio State, it’s becoming a bit of a hassle.
It will be the third time this season Ohio State has played a night game on the road. In Week 3, the Buckeyes traveled to Texas to take on TCU. Two weeks later, they made a trip to Happy Valley to battle Penn State. Now, OSU will head to Purdue for another night game.
Maybe it seems odd that a college football player doesn’t want to play under the lights with everyone tuning in. But those late nights add up and Ohio State has already had plenty of exposure.
After the Purdue game, the Buckeyes have just two road games left: at Michigan State and at Maryland in back-to-back weekends. We’ll see if the television networks cut them some slack and schedule earlier kickoff times those two weeks.
