Ohio State has rebounded from an early season loss to Oregon with four straight wins. A major factor for that has been the improved play of the defense. Freshman cornerback Denzel Burke is one of the main piece for the unit’s resurgence.

PFF College recently unveiled a stat has Burke is leading the nation in. Burke has 195 snaps in a row without allowing a reception of at least 15 yards:

Burke has amassed nine solo tackles, an interception, and six pass deflections this season.

Ohio State is coming off a massive 66-17 victory vs. Maryland in Week 6. Next up for Ohio State is a road matchup at Indiana on Oct. 23 (7:30 p.m. EST/ABC).
